海洋微生物分子生态学研究组

  中国科学院深海科学与工程研究所“海洋微生物分子生态学研究组”受“知识创新工程前沿领域”等项目资助,于2013年3月成立,主要开展深海深渊微生物的分子生态学研究。

  研究方向

  深海深渊微生物生理生态

  微生物是海洋生态系统的重要组成部分。在深海深渊等生境中开展相关研究有助于探讨微生物在极端环境下的组成、分布及生命活动规律,为生物进化研究提供理论基础。

  深海深渊生物地球化学

  深海深渊存在着活跃的生物地球化学过程,其中许多关键过程均由微生物介导。此交叉学科研究有助于理解深海及深部生物圈中微生物参与的元素循环过程和机制。
